Orders typically take 3–5 business days for delivery across Pakistan once shipped.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your city or courier service delays — FUKREY is not responsible for courier-related delays beyond our control.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
Free shipping may be offered on promotional events or specific order amounts, announced on our website or social media.
Order Verification & Delays:
To ensure secure delivery, all orders are subject to verification before dispatch.
FUKREY reserves the right to delay or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity or incorrect address information.
Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
FUKREY is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Unsuccessful Delivery / Missed Delivery:
If the courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable, your parcel may be held or returned. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
Unclaimed or refused parcels will not be reshipped without additional payment for delivery costs.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
You can monitor your parcel status directly through the courier’s website using this link.
International Shipping:
Currently, FUKREY ships only within Pakistan.
International shipping will be announced once available through official channels.
Damaged or Missing Parcels:
We thoroughly inspect all products before dispatch.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Claims made after 24 hours will not be eligible for review.
