Quality Assurance

At FUKREY, every article goes through detailed quality checks before dispatch. We ensure that only top-quality, defect-free pieces reach our customers. Receiving a faulty product is extremely rare — but if it happens, we’ll handle it with care under the following terms.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchange only, not refunds. Exchanges are valid within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with tags attached. Exchanges are only applicable in cases of size issues or wrong item received. Please note that slight color differences due to lighting or display screens will not qualify for an exchange.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are not provided unless the product is found to be defective upon delivery and a replacement is not available. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are not available — only exchanges may be offered if applicable.

Damaged or Faulty Products

Every product is inspected thoroughly before shipment to prevent any defects. However, if you receive a damaged product, you must contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. After verification, our team will decide if the product qualifies for a replacement. FUKREY reserves the right to make the final decision in all such cases.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, contact us through our Contact page or email us at fukreyofficial3@gmail.com with your order details. Once approved, you’ll need to ship the item back to us at your own cost. After inspection, we will proceed with the exchange only if the required size is available. If the size requested is unavailable, the exchange cannot be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange: worn, washed, or altered products, items without original tags or packaging, sale or discounted items, and limited-edition pieces.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. For prepaid orders, a refund will be made after deducting any applicable transaction charges.

Brand Rights & Policy Enforcement

FUKREY reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the above policy terms. All return, refund, and exchange decisions rest solely with FUKREY to ensure product authenticity and quality standards are upheld.
